Today is my last day visiting Mark in Kuwait as it looks like the ball is in motion for Mark to head back to South Africa hopefully with a flight out on Monday.

It's been a tough journey for Mark thus far and he is eager to return back home to see his wife and two little boys.

Mark has received a verbal prognosis and has been informed that he has Stage 2 multiple myeloma. He has decided to start treatment back in South Africa where he will be surrounded by family and friends.

Thank you to absolutely everyone who has taken the time to donate towards Mark's fund and for all the well wishes.

A special shout out and thank you to Steve Saffin and Russell Friend for all your help and support. You have both been amazing through all of this and your efforts and ongoing support have been greatly appreciated. Can't thank you both enough for making the trip possible and for accommodating me whilst I visited Mark in Kuwait.
