I have just heard from Rich and both he and his friends have successfully completed the 1st of the 3 events- the 4K swim in the cold evening sea!! Rich thinks his time was about 1hour, 17 minutes. So pleased it all went well! Well Done!!!!

They are heading back to the hotel to get some food and sleep before the Cycle tomorrow. Will keep you posted! Faye x
