It is with such a heavy heart that i have to inform you that our beautiful Emma passed away on boxing day.. everything progressed more quickly than we imagined but the hospice and her family took very good care of her.. and was never on her own through this devastating time. She was a strong, loving brilliant mum, daughter, sister, neice and cousin and a great friend to many. I take comfort knowing she is at at peace with her to beautiful girls Andrea and Demi. Although she had to leave her other great kids Martine, Kian and Calum they will be looked after and given so much love.. i really cant say no more right now as im too emotionally devastated to think properly but please continue to donate as i would like to raise money not just for Emma's children but to also donate to the Isabel Hospice who took such good care of our darling Emma in her last 7 days... thank you for your continued support x
