About Jace:
Jace is turning 2 on January. He has been bleeding since July of this year and has been in the hospital for almost a month in October. However, after all the procedures he's been through, the doctors still cannot give any diagnosis on his condition. Because of his age, it is considered a rare condition.

This is just one of the few gigs we have planned for Jace.
