I am so moved by your generosity and supportive comments which is absolutely spurring me on to do this challenge for my brave niece. Ella and Ruby recently got their Blue Peter badges as a result of writing letters to the programme. Ella wrote about her daily challenges and how she tries to cope. Her letter moved Blue Peter and she was awarded the Gold Badge - very rarely given out - for bravery and courage. Ruby and I are the proud owners of the blue and white badge, which I will be wearing on Sunday.
