Sept 21st Brandon is doing better and growing stronger each day. He is working very hard with his therapists because as he says "I want to go home". For dinner Brandon had his first regular meal with all the fixings after passing his swallow test performed earlier today. His Dad was able to trim his scruffy facial hair so he doesn't look like he just returned from a backpacking trip. I'm sure it feels a lot better since he has to wear the neck brace for at least another two weeks. Brandon's voice is becoming stronger each day and with that expresses his desires and concerns for his recovery. I have explained that with his hard work and commitment he will get there
