We have most of the equipment we need and probably enough money to buy the rest. We have someone to run the cooking who has impressive experience of this type of large scale catering - its not like running a restaurant - and he can deliver hot highly nutritious meals for cost of 50p (!) each. We also have more volunteers coming from the UK who can help with preparation, washing up etc. We plan to start with 400meals/day so the key thing now is ongoing finance. It will cost �200/day for ingredients plus gas costs. This will go through money super quick, and ideally we would like to scale up to more than 400/day asap. So we really need your help!
