Billy medicial bill

Last year I found a small black cat rummaging through rubbish bags at a void deck – I felt really sorry for her and started to feed her every day. I named her Billy. Recently I found out that Billy (despite being so small) is actually a young mom to kittens. I knew that Billy needed to be sterilised ASAP to prevent any more pregnancies so me and two neighbours decided to trap her (together with her 2 kittens so they can be together). It was really difficult to trap her and her kittens but we finally did it after 3 nights. I’m currently fostering Billy and her 2 kittens. However, Billy has been having chronic diarrhea (and the vet discouraged sterilisation right now as she’s ill). I took Billy to the vet yesterday and found out that Billy, while fortunately is parvo negative, has a serious partial stomach/intestinal blockage (pls see medical report picture), and thus a lot of her food is stuck in her stomach, unable to be digested (which may explain why she’s so small and malnourished). The vet told me that Billy needed to be hospitalised as she needs an IV drip because she’s dehydrated. I’m appealing for help on the vet fees(fully paid) so that I can continue to look after the community cats under my care. If you’re able to donate some money to help with Billy’s vet fees, I would really appreciate it. I have also attach the vet bills.
