Greetings family, friends, and supporters of the BSANI Movement!
After officially launching the "Be Clean Campaign" on November 19, 2017 and conducting our final cleaning of the Calabatown Market in March 2018, we are proud to announce the kick off of our first general cleaning.
We urgently need your assistance in spreading the word about the "Be Clean Campaign" fundraising efforts, and encourage others to do the same and donate to this community driven initiative to combat water and waste borne diseases Freetown, Sierra Leone.
Approximately 60 percent of the more than 7 million people of Sierra Leone live below the poverty line. In addition to still recovering from the civil war which ended more than a decade ago, the country's development is threatened by climate change.
We are currently campaigning to raise awareness and develop an effective communal system of environmental safety and cleanliness as a means of reducing the level of disease and contamination that every man, woman, and child is exposed to daily.
As a registered Community Based Organization (CBO) that has a consistent track record of grassroots volunteer service in Freetown we are calling on everyone to assist by making a financial contribution to execute the National Clean Day, in addition to a Gullah-Sierra Leone Redemption Mission "Heritage Site & Danger Zone" clean up.
Please make your contribution today to allow us to purchase the necessary supplies for a successful campaign!
