Bail money for Citlali

Hello two weeks ago a friend had a problem with her husband with whom she has four years of relationship. Her husband accused her of domestic violence. Once in jail immigration took to her although she has work permit and social security number. She is likely to stay because her daughter is a US citizen with disabilities. ICE gave her a $ 5000 bail but the problem is that she does not have anyone in this country just her daughter who has special needs. She is very worried about her daughter because her husband gave her to social services. Her daughter is 12 years old with Autism and Rett Syndrome. I would like to help her because I know she is a good mother and she does not deserve what is happening much less to her daughter. She only has my help but I do not have any money for her bail.
