Badger Cull Fighting Fund for Devon Sabs

Campaign Story
In 2014, we sent a team of sabs into the cull zone every single night for the duration of the cull, on top of several additional day shifts a week. It was stressful, exhausting, very upsetting at times but so, so important. There is no doubt that our presence on the ground made a real difference and saved badgers' lives. We wouldn't be doing it if we didn't know this. Every life saved from this cruel and useless slaughter made the sweat and tears worthwhile.
However, sending at least one vehicle full of sabs into the cull zone every night for 42 consecutive nights also cost a lot of money. Add to that the cost of the many trips we made to the cull zone in the months leading up to the cull to survey our area. In total we spent close to £2,200 just on fuel.
We are doing everything we can to fundraise for the cull ourselves because this campaign is so important to us. Our sabs are selling cakes, doing stalls, running marathons etc. However, we simply cannot sab the cull this year without your continued support.
If you're in a position to help us, please donate. If each of our Facebook followers donated just £1 towards our fighting fund, we would raise more than enough money in one go to fight this year's cull.

Good luck, keep up the good work. Those of us who can't make it to the cull zones appreciate the action of those brave folk who do.
