Back Pain Treatment

Hello everybody, my name is john and am 25 years. Am a current university student styuding business administration. Due to lack of exercising and a bad sitting posture, I have terrible back pains. I went for a medical check up and I was told that I have a bad condition with my back specifically my spine. I was going to be put on medication and treatment(back pain therapy exercises) by the doctor but because of my tight budget and my parents financial burden I couldnt. I have tried many ways of trying to earn some money but none have worked and this is my last resort.
