Baby Loss, Forever an Angel

On July 20th, 2014 I found out I was 8 weeks pregnant with my boyfriends child. He has an advanced illness that has been forming tumors and cancerous cells in his body, and he has never been able to have children due to the mutated sperm he was producing. When we found out we were pregnant we were excited and scared, others whom had been in this same situation, with the same disease, had children whom were born with major diformities, including but not limited to being born without skin, disfiguration, degenerating cells, and those children who lived through the birth did not live beyond 15 days. After a few weeks of major consulations, of researching even further what the effects coud be in our particular situation and weighing the pros and cons, we found out that our child had a strong possibility of causing harm to myself and would not live through the pregnancy. With that knowledge and heart break, we knew what we had to do, and since the surgery there hasn't been a single day we don't miss our child. My medical covered most of the surgery, and have paid what could be afforded.
