Baylee Brynn was born on May 15, 2016 and was diagnosed with pediatric dilated cardiomyopathy. This means that her heart is severely enlarged and extremely lazy. Right now it is enough to sustain her body, but we were recently told that she will be requiring a heart transplant the more that she discontinues to thrive. When this happens we will have to move to Stanford California for a couple years while we wait for a heart and then longer to go to all her necessary doctor's appointments. I had to quit my job so I can take care of her full time and make sure we do everything in our power to keep her thriving. We have been having trouble with her weight gain and it is really starting to scare us. They really want her to be at least 15 pounds before she needs a transplant. She is currently only 8 lbs and 1 ounce. Any help would be fantastic and take a lot of stress off of our shoulders.
