Asthmatic needs emergency A/C system replacement

Having been ill since February 2011, I have been hospitalized numerous times as well as having to have paramedics called to rescue me on the side of the road after leaving our home because of my being unable to breathe. In April of this year I lost my job because I was ill so often.

We hired a licensed company to come into our home and run a Ozone treatment through our home - which is supposed to kill anything in the home that may be an allergen; dust mites, etc.  After the treatment I was still un-well. 

On Monday, July 23, it was discovered (due to a leak in our garage from the air handler drain) that we have mold in our air conditioning system.  When the system kicks on it spreads the mold spores not only through the system but through our home.  My children are also suffering the effects of the mold; although not yet to the extreme that I am suffering.  We don't have enough in our savings to cover the replacement and mold remediation - and it not covered by our homeowner's policy.  We are short $2,500 and are asking for help because every moment matters with my health condition.  The last trip to the emergency room almost took my life and ended up with, yet another, admission to the ICU.  I do not have insurance and my husband's job is our only source of income. The prescription medications and trips to the health department had deeply cut into our savings and now we have this crisis.  We still have 2 kids to feed, clothe and house.  With your donation we will be able to pay for the complete remediation and removal of this heath hazard and have a brand new system installed so that I can get my health back.  You will not only be helping me, but also will be helping my children have their mother.
