Appreciate your kindness to save my family business

Our family business specialized in manufacturing the traditional carrot cake and we have been in the market for around 20 years.

Initially, it was just my dad who handle the business alone as I am not interested in FNB industry. However, during the year 2017, I can see that my dad has aged and his arms start to ache almost everyday. It made me realized that i got to do my duty to lessen my dad's burden as he have been working 364 days per year for the past 20 years in order to feed our family of 6. Whenever he is sick or tired, he never complain or absent from work as he once told me that, if he stopped working, the income will stopped. This make me even firm to step up and run this business together with him.

Everything was smooth from year 2017 to the start of 2020. However, things started to change when Covid-19 hit us real hard especially the year 2021, where alot of FNB eateries/ hawkers are affected and in fact all of our vendors are greatly affected too.

For the past 1 year, we didn't manage to breakeven our monthly sales. And this result in owing huge amount of debts including the rental and utilities bill which added up to at least 10K per month.

I really hope I can continue to sustain our family business through this tough period by your kindness and grant my dad's wish to let him semi retire by 2025 so he could travel and explore other countries as he never taken a plane before.
