Campaign Story

I am wanting to buy this building. It has 25 rentals and 3 businesses in it. I will be a live in manager. I am a combat disabled army veteran and my fiance is a teacher of special needs children and she would like to start a daycare in one of the three businesses on the first level. I need a total of $400,000 to buy it. Please help.
