Animal Care Volunteering in Peru, Lima

Hello!

Sooo this is something I have been wanting to do for a long time, this summer I am travelling to Lima, Peru to volunteer and help with animals in a dog shelter with a volunteer organisation IVHQ!

I will be helping in the running of non-profit dog shelters, which provide a loving home to many dogs that would otherwise be on the street, as there are many dogs on the streets of Lima and commonly suffer from hunger, infection and injuries. I will be doing dog walking, bathing, administering vitamins, cleaning and general upkeep of the shelter. I will also be helping with adoption campaigns to help give dogs a permanent home and free up shelter space for other dogs.

I am aiming to raise money to cover costs of the program and flights, any donations at all is very much appreciated and I am SO grateful for your help!
