Weʼre asking for donations to purchase vehicles to be taken to support Ukrainians to defend their country

In January 2024, a group of entrepreneurs, tech professionals and teenage activists, organised by Ventures Together, will embark on their first convoy this year, 1,318 miles, across Europe over 4 days to Lviv,Ukraine. We will be joining forces with the Driving Ukraine team to transport vehicles that will play a crucial role in saving lives in Ukraine.

Andy Young has teamed up with Ben , Rommy and Isa Whately to join this inspiring group to buy and drive one vehicle to Ukraine. We need your support to make this happen.

The vehicle we will buy is procured through UK auctions and modified by dedicated volunteers, will be placed with essential teams in Ukraine including: Ambulance, 4x4 evacuation, first-aid responders, foreign volunteer medics, and humanitarian bomb disposal, among others.

Our mission is scheduled just prior to the 2-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The urgent need for assistance in Ukraine is undeniable, especially when the international community's attention is distracted. The longer this invasion persists, the more challenging it becomes for Ukraine.

The toll of this conflict is staggering, with tens of thousands of civilians killed, countless more injured, and hundreds of billions of dollars in infrastructure damage. Ukraine faces the largest displacement crisis in Europe since World War II, with 6.2 million Ukrainians forced into becoming refugees. Nearly half of Ukraine's population, 18 million people, require humanitarian aid.

We request your support in raising £12000 and funding the purchase and modification of these vehicles, acquired through second-hand auctions and tailored for their life-saving missions. Money raised over our goal will go to future convoys that the Venture Together and the Driving Ukraine team are already planning for 2024.
