Alyssa’s Art School Fundraiser

Hey everyone! Thank you for visiting my fundraiser! For the past year, I have been trying desperately to get accepted into one of the best art schools in the nation, Art Center College of Design in Pasadena California. This school is highly competetive and I have not yet been successful. However, I will not stop trying until I make it! After speaking with an advisor at the school, I have been informed of an opportunity to take classes there, to help me build a strong and competetive portfolio for submission to the Illustration degree program. This is called Art Center at Night and I would love more than anything to attend! I would stay in California for a few months this summer, attend night classes, then return home and apply for the degree program this fall with an amazing portfolio! I am very excited for this opportunity, however, I am unsure that I will be able to afford to move from Colorado to California as well as the tuition and supplies needed to take classes this summer. I have already saved approximately $1,200 dollars for the trip but will be unable to go if I do not have at least $2,500 by the time of my move. I understand times are tough, and I am sure there are people who are more in need than I am, but this is something that I want more than anything. I have been literally praying for it all to work out so that I can begin to live my dream! If there is any amount that you would be able to donate, it would be beyond appreciated and helpful!
