Govt Boys High School is located in the Agrovil Colony, Badin, Sindh Province, Pakistan. It serves 358 students, both boys and girls from rural, economically challenged areas. The students are currently housed in an old 3 room former middle school. The school is in a very poor state of repair. One classroom measures 20 ft x 14 ft and serves a class size of 94 students. More students wish to attend but due to lack of room are turned away. The Paistani Educational Department has taken no interest in subsidizing the renovation of the school so the community is trying to raise the necessary $124,000.00. The cost break down is as follows: repair old building - $15250.00, build 3 additional classrooms and a computer lab - $83250.00, add a security wall with steel gate - $11200.00, an underground tank - $8750.00, a complete solar system - $2250.00 and a credit card/PayPal fee of $3500.00. Donations to this cause will not only benefit these students today but the students of tomorrow.
