Hello, my name is Antonio Nunes da Silva Neto, I live with my wife and two children in the city of João Pessoa PB in the northeast of Brazil, we are a Christian family and we have the dream of having a place to call our own. We have been together for 5 years and have never been able to save money to buy an asset, as daily and monthly expenses are high and what we earn is very little. After the pandemic it became more affordable to maintain housing, difficult food and necessary basic items.

Our story is one of struggle and overcoming where we started with just two single beds and two organizing boxes where we carried our clothes. We didn't plan to live four of us in my mother-in-law's house so we faced the difficulties and rented a semi-furnished apartment with what we needed.Time passed and we left the apartment and went to a house where the rent was a little more expensive. An incident after 5 months of living in the house where our dog was hit by a drunk driver who ran away and didn't provide help, so I had to take her to the nearest vet to save her life. Due to this incident, I had to pay the vet with the only money I had left and then we began our penance of having to buy food, pay water and energy and let the rent accumulate.
