Campaign Story
-- ENGLISH BELOW --
I am actually learning a new healing technique called Ito Thermie.
This fundraising campaign will help me pay for a 4 days course taking place in Belgium from May 18th to May 21st. This course cost 380€, and I also have to pay for my food and accommodation there.
There will be other courses for the next levels, so If I got over my goal, the money will help me pay for futur courses ( I already complete level 1).
What is Ito Thermie ?
Ito Thermie is a natural Japanese healing method using incense sticks prepared from several varieties of plants including moxa, pine, cedar, loquat and other nutritional substances. It has been created in 1929 by Dr KIN-ITSU ITO.
The thermal energy is radiated from ignited incense sticks inserted into two tubes called “Reionki”.
It act by several ways on the body :
Massages: stimulate the Chi (allow to bring movements in the body).
Aroma therapy: anaesthetic and sedative effects of the plants (act on the nerves system and reduce anxiety).
Heat & Infra-red: help with joints problems and muscular tension.
This method helps to stay healthy and find natural balance between body and mind. It stimulates the blood and lymph circulation, hormonal and autonomic nervous systems, and the immune system.
It has many benefits : body pain, muscular and bone problems, breathing difficulties, lymphatic issues, blood circulation, skin problems, allergies, wound healing, stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, fertility problems, etc
