What is this about?
To celebrate Adelle's anniversary, I have, for the past couple of years, surprised an organization that works with or for babies (a different one each year) with an anonymous gift. It is important to me that her memory not be a sad one. She brought joy to our family even if it was just for a short amount of time.
This year, I want to try something different. I have created an orginal watercolour painting and want to auction it off to raise money for Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. The staff there were incredible in providing us with medical help during my pregnancy and after Adelle's passing.
The Painting
A butterfly - a significant theme during the early days after Adelle's passing. It is a 5 x 7" original watercolour on artist grade paper. All the funds raised will go to the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation of Toronto. We will put all of the contributors' names and randomly (from a hat) select the winner of the painting.

What a wonderful way to honour Adelle's memory, especially on her birthday. Our sweet little angel granddaughter brought so much love to our family and she will always hold a special place in all our hearts. Special hugs Mireille, Martin and Sienna as you remember your precious baby girl. XOXOXOXOX
