Adapting to disability

i always knew i had cerebral palsy, what i didnt know and was never told is that it would get worse...much worse. This has caught me by suprise and i have gone from a cycling working busy lifestyle to someone who needs crutches and a wheelchair. This is something that is getting worse and harder and i now need adaptations to both my home and my chair that i cannot afford and the nhs does not provide. Any help will be massively appreciated.
