Acquisition of Additional Food Outlets for Business Expansion

Canadian Pizza is growing rapidly across the globe. Presently, we own 2 franchises and we wish to acquire additional outlets to grow our company.

We are projecting combined sales of $900,000 in year 1 and $1,200,000 in year 2 with a profit margin of 15%. Our shareholder will draw only minimal salaries, starting in month 3, so we can reinvest our profits into growing the business. Foodstuffs and additional staff will be our biggest expenses, followed by smaller allotments for marketing and maintenance. If we decide to acquire additional outlets in year 3, our earning potential should jump way up.

We are seeking investment/loan of amount $300,000 to acquire additional outlets and grow our business.
