Aathma Foundation -"Care for Elders"
* Dr Suresh,founder of Aathma Foundation have devised this foundation to help the elderly people by providing medical and financial assistance to serve the needy.
* Aathma foundation has conducted Free Medical Camps. In 2016 Chinna Vipedu at Kancheepuram District, 2017 Jamunamarathur in Tiruvannamalai District, 2018 Kolli Hills in Namakkal District and Last year in Thalavadi erode District
* On (4.08.2019) We selected Thalavadi ,Erode district and we conducted free medical camp with General Physician, Orthopedician, Ophthalmologist, Dentist, Pg students and our team has examined 1600 patients in a day.
* We have distributed free medicines and injections for one week for those patients
* Elderly people cannot affordable to buy medicines for longer period have been identified and were registered for 'Aathma Medicine scheme'.
* These patients are being followed for the next checkups and free Bp and Sugar medicines will be given to them on monthly in regular basis.

Two quotes that I always remind myself of: “give to those who have nothing to give to you” - Seva (selfless service) by Rupi Kaur and one from the fundraiser himself, “your giving never comes back void”. I’m 21 and i just stepped foot into the working world. Today I get my salary and for a change instead of worrying about all the never ending expenses of mine, I’m going to be a blessing to someone out there instead.
