A workstation PC for creating 3D art and music

Hey!
My name is Joe and I live in a small town in Hungary. I would really like to get into content creation, 3D rendering or music production. My job is paying just enough to sustain my daily needs.
Also computer parts are more expensive here because of taxes.

I was diagnosed with chronic depression and I was on medication for nearly two years.
The great feeling that comes from creating things helped me feel better, but sadly my resources are limited.

My current PC has an FX8320 cpu, 8 gigs of ram and a Radeon RX470 gpu.
It's good for everyday use but sadly not powerful enough for anything else.

I would love to be able to build a powerful computer to work on to pursue my dreams of becoming an artist.

I am very skilled with computers and I would love to use it as my livelihood.

With Your help I would be able to make high quality 3D renders, produce music or even edit videos.
With a workstation computer i will be able to look for better-paying jobs in the future using my talents.
