A new beginning for Lisa

My name is Lisa. I'm a 44 year old women. I am a good person and I help people whenever I can. The problem is I help others to the detriment of myself. I love helping people and now that I need help no one wants to help me. I hurt my knee while taking care of a lady that was dying. I can no longer wait tables. I've been looking for a job but do not have any skills. I live with my parents who are retired and have spent all their savings and accumulated a rather high credit card balance because of me.
