A Memorial for Fallen Victims in Paris

I would like to attribute a memorial to those whose lives were taken on the terrorist attacks in Paris. Each of the victims name will be engraved onto a decorated stone and stainless steel memorial to be sent to the commissioner of the city for display. The memorial will be designed in the shape of a custom Peace sign with the Eiffel tower in the middle seen in popular media. Beneath and attached to the emblem, will be a block of names for each vicim.
