A heart pump for my Dad/my heart of support for my Dad!

My dad, Owen Silvernail, 54, is in the Indiana Heart Hospital fighting for his life. He has spent a week on heart medicine to keep his heart goin, aslo draining fluids off his heart and out of his body. Things have went south and now has spent a week on a ventilator, receiving dialysis, with a feeding tube, and living on a temporary heart pump. Now his only chance is to have a Hear Mate 2 pump installed and we are seeking support to make this possible. The hospital will not allow him to get this life saving device unless someone can commit to being with him 24 hours a day for at least the next 30 days after the surgery. Since I have no choice I have had to quit my out of state job to stay by his side. I have exhausted all of my funds and state insurance does not offer any help for basic day to day living needs so I am asking for any donations to assist with the most basic needs to help him get by. We currently do not even have the funds to eat outside of what the hospital will provide, and no means to maintain him until he can hopefully pull through this. Any donations will be greatly appreciated, no amount is too small.
