A Good Man who needs help for his Kidney Dialysis and Transplant

Why I'm running a campaign, for what reason and why I think this is right and everyones help is valuable?

This campaign is for my uncle who is fighting for a kidney disease for more than 6 years now and undergo dialysis using fluid for 6 years and now hemodialysis which is 4 times a week. Even we really want and we're trying we cannot support the current dialysis as this is much expensive even we have or we get a little support from the government, friends and relatives. This campaign is really important to me as I want him to have a normal life again and he is really good uncle, good eldest brother on his brothers and sisters, a role model and the one who help us when we are young that is why I want to send back the good thing he did for all of us.

How this campaign help my uncle and why each and everyone try to help him or us for the transplant?

Your little help can make my uncles life back to normal and can finally have the very good solution the best and the better which is the kidney transplant, instead of taking 4 days painful dialysis, that makes him dying every session as the vital signs took down, chilling, fever and he almost want to shout to ease the pain. Please help this good and strong man that is fighting the kidney disease for more than 6 years now and give him a chance to back to a normal and to have a better and new life, by donating some amount or an amount that you can spare for sharing. No matter how small your help is, If we combined each small or little help, it will become big and can make a really big change for Mr. Rene Cruz(Patient)

How much we need and we're the money/funds goes, while this campaign is running?

So basically, we're looking for a funds to have the kidney transplant, but we want to be honest that, we will use each money that we can raise here for his dialysis as well while we don't have the exact amount we need. The transplant costing 20,000.00 USD, not small, but the 4 times dialysis cost 400 USD, meaning 100 USD per session. We want to raise the funds that we need as soon as possible, so that he can undergo with the kidney transplant as soon as possible or else unless the fund is complete, he will still need to undergo in the dialysis.

What will be the exchange, freebies, perks that we can give as exchange of any help?

We cannot promise anything to be back after this nor perks to make you guys much more excited and decided to donate. But what we're sure is that, there's a powerful one who can see all of what we're doing and we're sure that he will be the one, who will give back much more blessings for everyone here.

What if we didn't meet or reach the goal or the fund is not enough, where your money goes and how it can help us with this campaign?

If we didn't reach the goal, as I've mentioned we will be using the funds for his dialysis, but as soon as the campaign ends, we will attempt again to run another campaign which has the same reason and so that we will not spend all the money just for the dialysis, we will try to keep most of it and wait until we hit what we exactly need.

What will be the impact and how your help is highly valuable?

The impact is really good as the 6 years of fighting will finally ends and the pain will totally removed after the transplant. This is really valuable as we can show to the world that, if we will work as one, each little help can make a big change and to let the other who is having the same disease or suffering on a kidney disease that, as long as we're a live there's still a chance.

A good reason on why you will help us and how can you trust us?

I know that asking help is not embarrassing, we can shout it to the whole world and we don't need to be ashame, as long as you're telling the truth, as long as you're doing it in a good and right way, the God will knock each and everyones heart to help you out and to achieve what you're trying to achieve. I believe in God and I know he is watching us and he knows all of these. We will also update the youtube page and upload a video each session for you to see that the session is on-going and to get everyones trust and finally help him to have the transplant.

What we think is the obstacles, blockers for this to succeed and how can we overcome it?

We know that each of us having our won perception, we can tell that some person is lying or maybe he is telling the truth, but what can we assure is that we're telling the truth and we can show any proof like videos, doctors certificate, receipts and all of the things that is needed to prove that all are true and everyone needs to help us.

What is our plan to solve any challenges, blockers and obstacles?

We're ready for this and we're also willing to give all the documents, receipts, doctors phone number, hospital phone number, government contacts and upload videos on our page in youtube to prove and to solve those challenges and to build every backers trust.

What if you cannot help financially, how can you help us and how that help can benefit us?
