Leaving a Toxic Abusive Household

I am a 25 year old female living in a Toxic Abusive household. I come from a South Asian Muslim family, so the only way to leave is when I am married off to a man chosen by my family. Both my parents and my sibling is Narcissistic. They are severely abusive (verbal abuse), and manipulative. I have no one to turn to other than strangers online. I would like to thank everyone in advance for helping me out.
