Please help fund attorney fees…

As much as I don't want to have to ask for help, sadly, I don't have many other options. Those of you that know me already know the situation. For those of you that don't, here goes.

2 years ago my fiance of 10 years took his life in our home while I was in the same room with him. He also tried to shoot me, but fortunately missed. Due to the police investigation we were kept out of our home living in a hotel for a year. That's 20,000.00 we spent in hotel fees. Not to mention buying everything from clothes to tooth brushes and such. We were only allowed to take a few things with us. They left us return home last year to a musty, moldy, stinky home. Almost everything had to be thrown out and replaced. Again, thousands of dollars. Which is difficult because my daughter is the only one in our home working because I have been diagnosed with Severe Depression and PTSD due to this trama. My dog also had to be put down because he was right there that morning when everything happened. After a year being stuck in a hotel room at 125lbs he was a little stir crazy. One day I had him out for a walk and some guy was complaining about pitbulls and acting crazy kicking and swinging hid arms. Simon felt like I was being threatened and bit the guy. He was very protective of me at that point. Sadly it didnt stop and he became more and more aggressive. Between some behavorial training and other things that were not working, my vet and I decided that he was suffering from PTSD and was only going to get worse. I had them come to my home to take him across the rainbow bridge. He passed in my arms with me sobbing hysterically.

Fast forward to yesterday. I was taken in to the police station to be questioned. Due to incorrect information and a large number of errors on their part I am being looked at as a suspect. I can not even believe this. I still have nightmares from that day. I had an attorney to go with me yesterday, but he will not represent me any farther into this because he was working Pro bono. I need to have a reputiable attorney that specializes in both criminal and estate law. Everything, including our home and vehicle are in Johnd name but were left to me by means of the Will. I am worried that as soon as I am taken in his son will go to probate the Will stating I am not anle to effectively run the estate. This means that my family would lose everything we know as normal and that was left to me to insure my future. Its sad that these situations turn into things like this. Again, those of you that know me know that I could never have done this horrible thing. And those of you that don't...all I can do is tell you that I didnt and hope that you believe me enough to want to help me prove my innocense. I am asking for any help you may be able to give to help fund an attorney.

Im sure you are thinking if the police think she's guilty then she must be. I will say that...that was the worst day of my life watching the man I had been with for 10 years..the man I love..shoot at me and then proceed to take his own life. The very last words he said to me were..Im going to show you something you're never going to forget. And he was right. I need help to beat this crazy false accusation....please help if you can. Every little bit will help.
