Help Me to Help Others End the Cycle of Depression

I am reaching out to you, my family and friends, for help to end the cycle of depression in myself and others.  I am tired of allowing my beliefs to sabotage my life and limit my potential and I know I am not the only one. The Work of Byron Katie is a powerful process that millions of people have used to successfully overcome their self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.  I have experienced powerful results through doing "The Work" with a one on one facilitator which has allowed me to quickly free myself of the burden of my deep rooted false beliefs that have held me back from experiencing a fulfilling life. I AM RAISING MONEY TO ATTEND BYRON KATIE'S - THE SCHOOL FOR THE WORK.  The School for The Work is a nine day experience in unlearning the fear-based stories you've innocently clung to all your life. They might be stories like “I'm not good enough” or “I need a partner” or “I'll never get over it” or “I have to be in control.” Who would you be without those stressful stories?
