In debt & unemployed

I owe a school loan of 10,000.  I lost my job and my apartment.  I am living house to house.  A job is so hard to find.  I am asking for funding for a new place to live.  I need something stable while I look for a job and I need to pay back this school loan.  I cannot receive any financial aid until I do.  I would love to further my eeducation.  Please help.  I do not feel safe living in a homeless shelter or worse on the streets.
