Campaign Story
7/10 - Thank you for the all the well wishers and the donations. He's keeping his spirits up, which would is hard for anyone hospitalized for 10 days I can imagine. Unfortunately, the MRSA was a pretty severe case. Thanks for keeping our family in your prayers.
7/14 - The doctors performed emergency surgery because they couldn't get my uncle's knee to stop bleeding. The doctors were concerned he may bleed out during surgery because of the blood thinners, but he's a fighter. Unfortunately, the MRSA has caused the some skin to die and he will need skin grafts. The doctors will not put his knee back for about 3 months they want to make sure all of the infection is gone. Thank you for keeping our family in your prayers.
7/20 - My uncle is still in good spirits despite all that he has to deal with. The doctors aren't sure if they will have to take his leg, the staph infection did more damage than they originally thought. So, the doctors are monitoring him for a few days to figure out if they will have to take it. Thank you for keeping our family in your prayers.
