7 medical conditions/ Help with school fees

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my story. This is a desperate plea from me for help. Recently, my father got retrenched and as my mother cannot work (due to scoliosis), we are struggling to make ends meet. His car was scraped and now we are considering whether to sell the house and buy a smaller one. You must have looked at the title and wonder what do I mean? 7 conditions?

Background: I'm currently a 2nd year NUS undergraduate. For years I have been battling all sorts of medical conditions- chronic thrombocytopenia purpura (low platelet count), severe keratosis pilaris with pityriasis folliculitis (rash like condition all over my body) which feels extremely itchy sometimes, painful chest keloids, bilateral preauricular sinus, hand eczema, severe myopia (above 1000 degrees). On top of all these, I suffer from social anxiety and at one point had depression, which could have resulted from being bullied often in school.

This is not a call for pity and sympathy. To be frank I don't have the means to see specialists all the time, and I have to cope with my conditions until they get better naturally (I hope), or when I can afford treatment. My priority now is to get through university, and then work to help my parents financially. To my family, the university fees are exorbitant and it is an uphill task trying to pay them off, as well as support my younger sister's studies.
