4 Year old boy needs skin grafting on face after car accident

We were hit by a drunk driver that was speeding. My two boys, 4 and 8 years old were badly hurt. My 8 year old has all his wounds and scars at the back of his head, but unfortunately my 4 year old has suffered the injuries on his nose. He speaks about the accident every time he sees his scars in the mirror and I am afraid he will get bullied in school, he is going to school next year. The scar on the tip of his nose is a perfect circle and this will be more than enough cause for kids to make fun of him and for his self esteem to take a knock. We desperately want to get skin grafting done for him to spare him the emotional trauma that is to come and to stop the daily reminder of the accident when he sees himself. We only have hospital cover and cannot afford such a procedure out of our pockets.
