3 yr old with severe food allergies and eczema

My girl Jord was born with eczema. Since birth she has battled with severe food allergies. When the food is not appropriate, she end up with severe itchiness and would scratch till her shirts and pants are stained with blood. My wife quitted her job to look after her full time as her diet has to be properly managed. She was diagnosed with severe allergies to eggs

Till date, Jord flare up to almost all good that we fed. She has the least allergies to rice, cabbages, broccoli and pear. She is on soy milk. Having said so, she still itch a lot and would scratch non stop past midnight till 6am everyday

We have spent almost all our savings for the past 3 yrs on TCM treatment, NAET treatment, consultation with skin centre, dermatologist, allergist but nothing seems to work. Recently in Oct, she had a bad flare up after a treatment from tcm herbs and her constant scratching end up in fungal infection.it is so severe that after 2 months, the spots spreaded like wild fire and she flare up to the usual food she takes. Now she hates to bath as water will sting her wounds and each bath is a torture to her. Food wise, she can only eat rice with a vegetables as whatever she eat seems to make her itch. As her dad, I have not have a day of undisturbed sleep for years and I survive in 3 hours of accumulated sleep if I m lucky. My health is bad now and I can't concentrate doing my work.

We are out of solution and money to help her. We hope to raise some fund to do some allergy tests on her and also bring her for alternative treatment with osteopath in KL. The treatment and travelling will cost me a few thousands minimally. According to our research, a blood test of food allergies will cost minimally 1k plus. All these are necessary as we don't know how to stop her constant itch and what food to keep her alive . We can't even bath her now as she has bad wounds from scratchinf the fungus infected area.

Please help. We just wish to keep our girl going as we don't know what else to do to keep her alive.
