Campaign Story
I have a 1960 Ford Truck that has been in the family since my Grandfather bought it new in 1960. I would stay with my Grandparents at their farm in Southern Illinois and remember riding in it to go down in the field to bring my Grandfather lunch while he farmed corn and beans. When my Grandfather passed away, the truck went to my father and sat in the barn for 20 years. The truck has now passed on to me and I would like to get it restored. I bought a new house and have not had the time or money to restore it. I would love to be able to have it restored back to original condition and be able to share it with my Grand kids, driving them to car/truck shows and around town. It would be great to able to pass it on to them someday without them having to work on it or spend money on it. I know there are alot of classic truck fans out there and any donation would be greatly appreciated. I would keep all donators updated on the progress of the truck with pictures and acknowledgements.
