1400 for College

I hope that 1,400 people will read my project and be moved to bless me with $10 or more to pay my college tuition balance of $14,140. Here's my story...

I have always been an active person and child. I love to learn new things, and I love playing sports! I am excited that I have the opportunity to attend college and also the awesome opportunity to play college football with Adrian College Bulldogs! If any of you have a passion, then you know how excited I am for this fall.

I just have one problem...I have a tuition balance of $14,140 which does not include books. My parents work hard and we have a family of 6 --me, my 3 brothers and my parents. My youngest brother was born in 2010 and he was sick often during his first year of life and had many trips to the hospital which left my parents with many outstanding hospital bills. Not only that, I was also injured last fall which also created additional medical bills. My parents have had many medical bills to pay and their finances are not enough to help me pay for all of school. They have been denied school loans because some of the medical bills were sent to collections and it ruined their credit and was the reason for them being denied loans to help me pay for school. They really want to help me but it's been really hard for them to come up with the balance of my tuition. I am asking 1400 people to please bless me by pledging $10 toward my tuition. Please pass the word to your friends and family.

Your $10 pledge will bless me by allowing me to do the following:

LEARN- I will be able to get a college education, study and LEARN in an area I am very interested in.... sports. I plan to study athletic training and sports management and I will work hard in the classroom. The skills I gain will allow me to open up and manage a Sports Training Facility which will allow me to help student athletes get recruited, play smart, train well and heal properly.

PLAY - While attending college I will also be able to live my dream of playing college football. While playing college football, I will also work hard on the field and continue to evolve into a well rounded young man who is self disciplined and hard working.

GROW- Attending College will help me to grow into a mature, confident, educated and giving young man.

GIVE BACK - I want to bless other young athletes who have faced adversity in their lives by helping them to see that life is a journey where you should never quit or give-up on your dreams! I want to help them to make better choices and strive for a college education. I will use my Sports Training Facility to mentor young men and women athletes to be all that they can be, to always dream, pray and to never give up and to always remember to bless others!
