Relief For Typhoon Odette Victims

Hello, my name is Roxanne. I am an OFW in Dubai,UAE. My hometown in Bohol, Philippines, has been devastated by a typhoon and I want to help out in providing some relief goods for the people in my hometown. Super Typhoon Odette, with the international name Super Typhoon Rai, wrecked havoc in my hometown and the aftermath is people losing their homes and their properties damaged. The people in my hometown are suffering and are in pain. There is no electricity, water, low supply of food and no network services to communicate. I want to help the community and I thought of this platform to make it possible. I am knocking on the hearts of the people who can read this message to donate, no matter how much the amount is, to help me raise money and give the funds to a reliable person in my hometown to purchase goods and necessities that can be packed as relief goods. A Dirham/Peso goes a long way in the Philippines when it comes to food and necessities. It’s heartbreaking to see all the damaged houses and people losing their properties to the typhoon especially that it is Christmas and New Year season. They have no more roof on their heads to celebrate Christmas and New Year at. I want to somehow give them relief goods to ease this burden. It pains me to see the people in my hometown suffer from the aftermath of this typhoon. I believe that boosting the morale of the people and letting them know that there are people out there who are willing to help them will also boost their courage in rebuilding the town again after it has been devasted. Any amount of donation will do.
