再生玩具店 青年社區工作體驗計劃

• 背景

再生玩具店2017年起動，我們是一個社企計劃，2年間從沒接收任何捐款或贊助，亦沒有政府以任何形式資助。我們以自付盈虧形式舉辦超過300場環保玩具工作坊教授兒童、青少年、長者及智障人士以廢物製作玩具。另外亦自發舉辦約20場社區活動，以一換一交換玩具形式，讓兒童可以得到更多玩玩具的機會及減少浪費的機會。

• 眾籌目的

玩具店成立2年多來，不停收到玩具的捐增及查詢舉辦社區活動的日期，但我們始終人手有限，所以未能以恆常形式進行，所以想以眾籌形式加強社區活動

另一個主要原因是我們看見很多年青人有工作需要，我們希望可以為他們提供彈性工作職位，一方面支援他們的生活所需，另一方面讓他們推動社區工作吸收經驗，讓較難搵工的年青人得到工作機會

• 眾籌計劃內容

（一）人手招聘

我們在明年招聘4名兼職青年工作員，每位青年工作員須每週工22小時。工作內容包括：回收及清潔玩具、準備及協助舉辦社區活動、到社區免費教授兒童製作玩具。

（二）社區活動

再生玩具店將會承諾在一年內舉辦最少48場社區活動，內容包括玩具一換一交換、環保玩具工作坊及攤位等。

• 眾籌優惠

眾籌金額超過＄100的人，可以免費參與2020－2021年的單次工作坊一次（價值＄120 － ＄180），只要你將收據／証明inbox給我們，我們就會送出工作坊優惠卷。

• 評估形式

我們會以中期及終期報告大眾款項的使用及活動使用

• Background

ANEWTOYS Social Enterprise, under Growth Playground, is founded in the year of 2017. Our organization is self-sustain based without any funding support or subsidy. We held over 300 toys upcycling workshops for children, youth, elderly and disadvantaged groups, to empower people to take positive actions for sustainable living and responsible consumption through education and self-experience in workshops. Moreover, we held about 20 community activities in the format of toys exchanging, to reduce solid toys waste substainantly!

• Purpose of this Crowdfunding Campaign

Due to limited human resources, it is hard for us to hold community events regularly, for another reason, we hope to provide flexible working environment for the youth to support their living and gain grounded working experience by community works. Therefore, we wish to enhance the outcome of community events by crowdfunding.

• Crowdfunding Campaign Contents

1. Recruitment

We aim to hire 4 youths as part-time employees in the next year. Each of the part-time employees will work for 22 hours per week. Duties including collect and clean the donated toys, prepare and assist community activities, toys upcycling workshops teaching.

2. We would hold 48 community activities in the coming year, including toys exchanging events, toys upcycling workshops and game booths and etc.

• Assessment method

Will be assessed by middle-year report and year-end report for announcing the usage of crowdfunding funds and breakdowns.
