I adopted a beautiful little girl who was raped and tortured at the age of two.  She continues to experiece problems from the rape and torture to date. She resided with her biological mother and grandmother during the time of the sexual absue and torture, she was removed from their home and placed with me.  I adopted her when she was three years old.  Her counselors state that for recovery, she needs arrests.  The Athens Clarke County Georgia Police refuse to make an arrest.  She actually identified the men who tortured and absued her however; the police gave gone through extreme lengths to wish this case away.
