re:Connect Inverness is a Christian Ministry based in Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland. The mission of this ministry is to serve the community in Inverness demonstrating the Love of Christ in practical ways...

Working with the homeless, those struggling with addiction, those broken and displaced from society... In partnership with local agencies, and churches... Re connecting people with community. Re connecting the church with its mission. To Go into our community, to Love and show compassion to those in need around us.

We also aim to help people out of their current situation - providing practical help in personal development, finding a permanent, sustainable home, understanding budgeting, cooking, self care.

Our community has some of the greatest poverty in Scotland. It is literally the end of the line for rail services and we have people coming here from all over the UK and Europe who are homeless and and destitute.

Re:connect Inverness works to mobilise the local churches across all denominations - raising awareness of need on one hand and providing direct support to individuals on the other.

Your donation will help provide support to people who work full time within this ministry - people who are daily on the streets of Inverness, directly working with individuals in great need, liaising with agencies to get appropriate support for those in need. Advocates for active participation from within the body of the church to those in greatest need in our community.

You can help us keep this Ministry running by providing the necessary funding to keep trained teams on the streets.
