Gymnastics Dream Support

Two of our homegrown gymnasts, Siphamandla Ngcobo and Siphesihle Biyase have had a breakout year of performance in 2014- Cottbus World Cup in Germany, African Championships (bronze medal team), and Commonwealth Games.  These two role models want to be national heroes.  Unfortunately these guys have to pass up jobs, various opportunities and compromise their living conditions among many other things to be able chase their dreams in the humble and pure sport of gymnastics.  Elite gymnastics is often a full-time job with no pay.  Siphamandla, Siphesihle and the rest of Pinetown Gymnastics have the vision of going BIG on the world stage but cannot do it alone.  We want to be bold and break the cycle of mediocrity as well as develop some veterans by providing these two gymnasts with a small salary so they can continue to train in the sport they love.  The All-Africa Games takes place in September 2015.  Picture coutesy of Wessel Oosthuizen
