Leytonstone Tent to Calais refugee Camp

I have been living here for 8 years. I had signed up an UNHCR standard humanitarian Tent in the name of Leytonstone to a Shelter Project runs by Clement and Rebecca who successfully cut a bulk buy deal to get
as many UK cities and towns as they can, each to donate this mini-house Tent that will have our city name on it.
Each tent can house 5-7 Calais refugees, this wouldgive them a better live in this winter and beyond.
I wish you can join me to do our city proud, if you like to support this tent,
it only cost us 400 euros. It's lower than half of the market price and it also include the cooking, heating and the shipping direct to Calais into the jungle! Clement runs a team, they are very experienced volunteers and well connected to ground workers there!
Our Leytonstone tent would be alongside with more than 20 cities from UK this September. if you like to support this Leytonstone Tent, each of you just need to donate one or two pounds, we only need less than 200 people together to make it happen!

We made it! together, we are now raised enough fee to buy not only an UN standard Tent but also a heating+cooking set for a proper humanitarian mini-home

Update posted by Shizico Yi at 09:55 pma big day for the Shelter Project where our Leytonstone Tent goes to! the great news is now the whole shelter project had raised 20 tents, just few distance to go to cover the cook and heating then will be as good as mini-homes to give 140 refugees ! we
