“Yusofa Foundation “

Yusofa foundation is a Muslim youth charity group based in Nairobi and in the heart of eastliegh.
We are registered under the ministry of social affairs, correspondent to the rule and regulations of the government, and our members are happy law abiding citizens.

Yusofa foundation was started back in 2017 in one of the Muslim schools in Kenya by young innovative boys who saw the need to squeeze their short supply of resources to help the less fortunate who, have been long forgotten by society. They initiated this marvelous idea and Alhamdulillah, after some uncountable down falls, the organization has now picked its spot and has been growing with time.

The organization is fully run and managed by youth, as the group members are mostly university students with average age of 20 years. We also have a very supportive group of members who are in high school. The organization gets its finances majorly form member’s monthly contribution.

Our main point of interest is to try and improve the daily living of the orphan child and to expand their capabilities to the horizon. We have managed to visit over 15 different children homes within Kenya, analyzed the problems they have and their strong points too. After some analysis we have managed to assist some homes with beddings, others food stuffs and we are partners with ummah Ibrahim children’s home in paying their fees.

The organization has also having internal upgrade. With the help of Allah, we have managed to open an office in eastliegh,5th street al mukaram plaza near galmart, fifth floor office number 8.the office serves as a control center from were information and instructions are passed on.

We are aiming to open up our own home, where we will breathe life into many orphan children with the will of Allah.

"Sahl ibn Sa’d reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Myself and the caretaker of an orphan will be in Paradise like this,” and he held his two fingers together.
