Youth Empowerment Project in Kibaha, Tanzania

My name is Leila, a University graduate on Bachelor of Business administration in Marketing, a Female. Currently I am managing the group of youth at Kibaha, Coast. I was born and raised and got my Secondary Education in Dar Es Salaam. The youth’s situation in my community drove me towards the initiation of this project. The aim is to convent the youth population from dependency and ignorance to self awareness and self employment.

-Our short term goal is to save the Youth of Kibaha from unemployment and lack of self awareness.

- Long term goal is to encourage and ultimately enable self employment among youth, develop entrepreneurial skills and lower the illiterate rate.

-We are going to manage the success through monitoring, evaluating, target setting and assessment of the project.

-We believe the continuation of the project will be easily attained through sponsorship, donations, fees from the learners and selling products from farms.

We need your support to help us start and deliver the project. To get this project off the ground we need to raise $2,500.
